Loveland House Hotel

Branding, Website, Marketing Collateral, Rendering Enhancements

I had the privilege of working on some exciting design concepts for the Loveland House Hotel project, a visionary redevelopment in the heart of Denver's vibrant 40 West Arts District on West Colfax Avenue. This ambitious project reimagines the area as a dynamic community destination and stay experience, featuring a 30-key boutique hotel with luxury amenities, as well as ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces. Just minutes from downtown Denver, the development aims to become a premier, multifaceted destination.

The architectural vision blends Art Deco influences with nods to the industrial and commercial character of the surrounding neighborhood, a design language I embraced while developing the project’s branding, website, and marketing materials. Additionally, I created an engaging custom map graphic to highlight the property’s location and its connections to nearby amenities, parks, and local bike and walking paths.

This mixed-use project is set to breathe new life into a historic stretch of West Colfax Avenue, aligning with the 2040 Vision Plan for the Arts and Creative District. Beyond offering luxurious, art-inspired hotel accommodations with wellness amenities and private gardens, the development will feature two restaurants, three bars, and a public park with integrated ArtLine elements.

Commercial spaces along Colfax Avenue will include an upscale yet approachable restaurant, a specialty grocery store, and a whiskey bar, while Harlan Street will host a “small business incubator” space for local retailers. Tenants will include a coffee shop, a mercantile, a boutique fitness studio, and an art gallery.

This project was a fascinating blend of art, design, and community engagement, and I am grateful to have contributed to its branding and visual identity. Wishing the team the best as they bring this innovative vision to life!
