I guided Bristol Extracts, a hemp wellness company based in Upstate New York, through a visioning exercise that included establishing brand standards for three other new brands it was launching under their parent company. I also executed a comprehensive rebrand for them that brought clarity, consistency, and a modern aesthetic to their identity. The project included designing all-new packaging and labeling layouts, marketing collateral, environmental graphics, and custom booth designs for trade shows.
Founded on the principle of offering a high-quality, safe alternative to opioids, Bristol Extracts is dedicated to providing health-conscious individuals with effective, natural products that enhance everyday wellness. As a fully vertically integrated, seed-to-sale operation, the company takes pride in its mindful approach to every aspect of production, from cultivating hemp to delivering innovative products to retail shelves.
To reflect their mission, I created a brand that is bright, clean, and approachable. The visual identity features bold, vibrant colors to distinguish the diverse benefits of their products, such as pain relief, relaxation, and improved sleep. For their packaging, I streamlined the design to establish a clear hierarchy of information, ensuring that it is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and fully compliant with regulatory standards. This cohesive design language was extended across marketing materials and environmental graphics, reinforcing their brand message and enhancing their presence at trade shows and events. By aligning Bristol Extracts’ visual identity with their values of quality, transparency, and wellness, the rebrand positioned the company as a leader in the hemp wellness industry.
